Xbox Streaming Stick: which brings a new era for Xbox

Xbox Streaming Stick has not been officially announced by Microsoft. It is known that Microsoft working on new Xbox hardware. Also, we knew that it is the smallest device that is Microsoft working on. That’s why if you planing the buy streaming stick like Amazon Fire TV Stick and Roku Streaming Stick, you may wait for a new Xbox Streaming Stick. Because it can be easily integrated with your Xbox One and Xbox X. Also it will provide a huge collection of games.

The stick is the part of domino. Microsoft has been working on xCloud which integrated into the Xbox app for smartphones and tablets. Also, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription lets you stream games instantly from the cloud on mobile and computer devices. Xbox Streaming Stick will be the next move.

Xbox Cloud gaming will be integrated with Xbox console hardware with an Xbox streaming stick. Because Microsoft says that:

“We work on the new project. Players will play most advanced games via the power of their internet connections no matter how old their device is, and bypass the initial download waits usually required to jump into a game.””

Also, Microsoft announced this at the E3 conference which has held in 2021; We are working with global TV manufacturers to embed the Xbox experience directly into internet-connected televisions with no extra hardware required except a controller.

What is waiting for the Xbox players?

Microsoft does not give any details on the release date or pricing (we assume that it will be around 100$).We do not look for an Xbox game pass. But insiders assume that it will be similar this :

Also, it will be more powerful than the other streaming sticks like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku Streaming Stick. Because current streaming sticks have bad streaming quality. They cannot provide 4k gameplay. They just provide 1080p streaming quality. Devices are a primitive version of cloud streaming devices. However, Xbox Streaming Stick is the next era for cloud streaming devices. Xbox could make a larger streaming device, like an Amazon Fire TV Cube or Apple TV 4K, and add the oomph to support 4K streams at a later date. Also, Xbox Streaming Stick owners can reach Microsoft’s huge game collection.
