Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie has now surpassed $375 million globally
The Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie has been a huge success for both SEGA and Paramount with revenue now surpassing $375 million globally. The original Sonic the Hedgehog movie earned $306 million globally which puts the sequel more than $55 million ahead of its predecessor. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 has earned $181 million in the United States and $194 million internationally. As you may be aware, this is the last weekend before Sonic the Hedgehog 2 hits Paramount+ and Epix broadcast channels. Sonic fansite Sonic Stadium believes that the movie will end up with total global box office sales at $390 million.
