Local Party Brawler ‘KnightOut’ Catapults Onto Switch Later This Week

Love Angry Birds, but wish that you could chuck things at real people instead of fake pigs? Enter KnightOut, a local party game that’s all about destroying your pals’ hard work.

You’ll begin each match by building your castles, outfitting them with weapons and traps, and then in the next phase, you’ll take it in turns to shoot cannonballs at your opponent’s castle, and send in your knight to finish them off with his sword. Then, just like chess, it’s about taking out the king or queen to win!

KnightOut comes to Switch on June 3rd, and offers both a story campaign that can be played solo or two-player co-op, plus a versus mode and an arcade mode. The game will cost $14.99 / €13,99 / £12.99 on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
