Call of Duty Vanguard Season 2 Reloaded Patch Notes
Arms Race is a 12v12 game mode that takes place on the new Alps map, Vanguard’s largest map. Teams are tasked with capturing all bases in Task Force Yeti’s main area of operations. Once captured, each friendly base will offer Buy Stations with more equipment to help the cause, including some of the new vehicles. These are the two-seater Motorcycle, the four-seater CD12 Transport vehicle, and a single-player Tank.
Ranked play gets a Top 250 Skill Division and Leaderboard for the very best Vanguard players. Those on the board will likely to be eligible to take part in official tournaments if they don’t do so already. However, everybody can make use of the new Season Two Ranked Play rewards like Pro Issue Blueprints, Weapon Camos, Charms, Spray, Sticker, and animated Emblem for completing challenges and earning ladder placements. There will also be updated rules for forming parties across skill divisions. You can read more about them in the Call of Duty blog.
Zombies players get two new Covenants (Critical Expertise to increase the likelihood of critical hits and Explosives Expert to do more explosive damage), a new Der Anfang Sacrifice Objective, and a weapon unlock challenge to get the Armaguerra 43 SMG. Solo games will now benefit from Dedicated Server Pause for up to two hours and indefinite pause in offline matches.
Both games will also get the Task Force Yeti CQB Operator Gustavo Dos Santos, the Armaguerra 43: SMG weapon, a free Ukrainian Flag Calling Card, a new Pro Pack, the Boston Breach Team Pack, and more bundles. The latter includes the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle. Yes, really.
Call of Duty Warzone Patch Notes
Rebirth Island Reinforced is the biggest map update since its launch after Perseus reconstructed security measures across the island. Now called Stronghold, the security area has new buildings with plenty of Supply Box and item spawns to make it a more attractive drop point. A large supply ship has arrived outside the Nova 6 Factory, while another has become a brand new point of interest called Dock and is found near the Construction Site. The Prison Yard is partially reinforced, while Caldera’s Redeploy Balloons can be found in select spots around the island.
Rebirth Resurgence Solos is one of the three new game modes. This solo deathmatch mode lets players begin with an activated Rebirth meter while actions like kills and completing Contracts will refill it once it has been used. Rebirth Blood Money is similar to Plunder, although all kills give a large payout. Finally, Rebirth Payload sees three teams of four players fighting to escort or stop a truck progressing along its designated route.
The Rebirth Reinforced Event also started with Season 2 Reloaded. Complete challenges to earn limited-time cosmetics. Complete them all to get the Legendary “Toxic Heavy” LMG Blueprint. There’s also community challenges to complete, where players need to get a set number of kills to gain access to Weapon Trade Stations. These allow players to swap any weapon for a lower quality weapon and additional items like Cash, equipment, Armor Satchels, Self-Revive Kits, Killstreaks, and Specialist Tokens.
In other news, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been confirmed to be delayed until 2023. Elsewhere, Sony has dropped more hints as to when players can expect to get VRR on PS5.
